Communication is key in any project and we want you to know exactly what to expect when working with Fusion. At the end of the day, it is our goal that you are not only happy with your current project but that you will work with us again and send your friends our way.
WORK FLOW
1 - Connect
Call, email, text or morse code, we are available Monday through Friday to start talking about your project.
2 - Communicate
Once we have the particulars, and can determine material lead times, and production deadlines, together we set goals, target timelines and waypoints.
3 - Contracts
Unfortunately, for both of us having even the best business relationship our roles and financial burden still needs to be defined on paper. Hence entering into a documented agreement. This is pretty standard, and I hope it doesn't hurt your feeling.
4 - Approval & Deposit
After the ink dries on our contract, we follow suit with any other approvals by subcontractors, executive teams, or employees on the project. Also at this time we may need a materials deposit to get things moving and shaking.
5 - Build & Install
Once your products have successfully been blessed by our QC process, we jump to the next step, installation. Arguably one of our best traits, timely high quality installation.
6- Follow Through
We appreciate your confidence in our process, it has been time tested and is still a work in progress. Mistakes and delays are bound to happen, but our commitment is that through concise communicant and a team effort we will get through your project with gleaming smiles. .
